Refund policy

7-day help-first refund window.

If you cannot access or use the product as described, contact support within 7 days. We help first; if the issue cannot be resolved, the license can be refunded and revoked.

Refunds may apply when

  • The product cannot be accessed or activated after support troubleshooting
  • The product is materially different from the product page
  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake
  • The app cannot run in the supported browser environment

Refunds may be declined when

  • The request is outside the 7-day window unless required by law or platform rules
  • The expected feature was clearly listed as not included
  • The request is for custom setup, accounting, tax or business advice
  • The license has been used extensively and the product works as described

After approval

The license status changes to refunded. Drive sync, import, updates, new device activation and protected features stop working.

Your records

Existing local records are not deleted by the license change. You can still view and export local workspace data.

Etsy orders

Etsy launch orders should be handled through Etsy order messaging and Etsy's order/case rules.

Keep your order number, product name and activation issue ready so support can verify the purchase quickly.
